Ibrahima Barry joins from Brothers Union

Kedah FA have signed Guinean centre-back Ibrahima Barry on a free transfer from Bangladesh Football League side Brothers Union.

Barry, 26, stands 1.90m and is right-footed. He spent less than seven months at Brothers Union after joining them in January, making nine league appearances and one in the Federation Cup.

A well-travelled defender

His career has taken in Porto Suez, Al-Wahda Tripoli, Ted Afrique, Al-Ghazwa and Al Hamidiya. He arrives with the A1 Semi-Pro League season opener against Imigresen FC II at Darul Aman Stadium later this month.
